Job summary

Collaborative Robotics seeks a Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) for software in Santa Clara. Lead end-to-end programs, guiding robot software including autonomy stack, localization, perception, and navigation in a fast-paced startup setting.

The role requires 8+ years in program management for autonomous systems, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Onsite in Santa Clara, CA with travel as needed and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field).
• 8+ years of program management experience, including software for autonomous systems.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with cross-functional experience.
• Experience guiding SW teams in cutting-edge product development.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects using Agile or Scrum.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Willing to travel occasionally and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Programs overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of software for current and future robots.
• Drive execution by creating and managing plans to meet scope, timeline, and resources, closing out projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software, hardware, operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Identify risks and opportunities; develop mitigation and action plans.
• Blend technical and business guidance to align software work with customer needs.
• Identify and troubleshoot deployment issues with engineering teams.
• Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes.
