Job summary

Collaborative Robotics is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to pioneer software for robotic systems, overseeing the autonomy stack, navigation, and fleet management. You will lead cross-functional teams across software and hardware, guiding plan execution and decision making to deliver scalable, customer-centric products.

This role is onsite at our Santa Clara headquarters. The candidate will drive complex programs, align objectives with leadership, and push for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of program management experience with autonomous software.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience guiding software teams in cutting-edge product development.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects using Agile or Scrum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Programs overseeing software on current and future robots.
• Drive execution with plans that meet scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software, hardware, operations, and leadership.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Bridge software engineering work with customer/product needs.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues with engineering teams.
• Continuously streamline processes.
