Job summary

Motive is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the Platform Services Organization in Seattle. You will lead complex programs that span multiple engineering teams, drive planning, execution, risk management, and operations, and report to the VP of Platform Services Engineering.

You will orchestrate cross-functional initiatives, unblock architectural shifts, and align multi-team investments to deliver scalable platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical/program management within software, infrastructure, or platforms.
• Proven track record leading large, cross-functional programs with dependencies.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to discuss architecture and delivery risks.
• Structured program management, decision-making, and problem solving in fast-paced environments.
• Experience aligning senior stakeholders and improving governance and execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into executable program roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional technical programs across Platform Services.
• Manage goals, milestones, dependencies, decisions, and risks with clear rhythms.
• Build scalable program mechanisms like roadmap reviews and status reporting.
• Identify systemic issues and drive durable solutions.
• Influence stakeholders to balance tradeoffs and move initiatives forward.
• Mentor others in program management and raise execution standards.
• Lead Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews and executive reporting.
