Job summary

BCforward seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive definition, implementation and delivery of complex cross-functional programs. You will own New Product Introduction initiatives and coordinate across multiple technical programs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include program-level planning, risk management, and clear communications with executives, while leading internal teams and contractors to meet scope, schedule and budget across large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs.
• Subsystem TPM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver programs within scope, quality, time and budget with risks.
• Strategic program planning and executive-level interaction.
• Manage internal teams and contractors delivering systems and enhancements.
• Define scope, gather requirements, estimate time, develop schedules, manage budgets, and report status.
