Job summary

Zipline is seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to lead Nigeria deployment programs. You will own the integrated deployment plan, schedules, and governance across engineering, supply chain, construction, regulatory, and country leadership to ensure safe and successful launches.

You will drive cross-functional execution, manage risks, and build scalable planning tools while delivering measurable outcomes for life-saving deliveries in Nigeria and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; field relevant to engineering, operations, or program management.
• 5+ years leading complex technical, operational, or deployment programs.
• Experience launching complex physical infrastructure or operational systems is preferred.
• Strong scheduling, risk management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Nigeria deployment master plan and integrated schedules across construction, procurement, shipping, hardware commissioning, regulatory, software readiness, and launch execution.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, Logistics, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, and Nigeria country teams.
• Build repeatable planning tools, stage gates, dashboards, templates, and readiness checklists.
• Establish metrics for schedule performance, readiness, and deployment cost.
• Run weekly program reviews, provide concise reporting with priorities and risks, and drive timely decisions.
• Capture lessons from launches to improve future deployments.
