Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, field operations, or deployments in technical/regulatory settings.
• Proven multi-site launches with measurable outcomes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to define acceptance tests and KPIs under schedule pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end readiness for 3–6 concurrent site launches across Nigeria.
• Define go/no-go criteria and measurable acceptance standards.
• Maintain launch KPIs and enforce timely decisions to launch or pause.
• Lead cross-functional readiness cadence with Recruiting, Academy, Engineering, Construction, S&OP, Safety/Regulatory, Partnerships, Country Leadership.
• Coordinate field verifications, tests, and first-flight readiness demonstrations.
• Ensure staffing, onboarding, and on-site proficiency for independent operation at first flight.
• Coordinate regulatory and community readiness actions and capture evidence for approvals.
• Lead post-launch reviews and update standards, playbooks, and training.
• Escalate blockers with clear remediation and decision boundaries.
