Job summary

Zipline is seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end Nigeria deployments. You will own the integrated deployment plan, operating cadence, tools, and processes required to turn a complex portfolio of launches into predictable, repeatable execution.

Working across Nigeria-based and global teams, you’ll identify risks early, drive accountability, resolve cross-functional issues, and ensure every site is ready to launch safely and successfully.

Qualifications

• Proven history leading complex tech/operational programs.
• Strong scheduling, critical-path and risk mitigation skills.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own the Nigeria deployment master plan across multiple centers.
• Build integrated schedules linking construction, procurement, shipping, and regulatory readiness.
• Establish governance with weekly reviews and executive reporting.
• Drive cross-functional execution with clear ownership and escalation paths.
