Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas seeks a Technical Program Manager to translate roadmaps into successful product releases across power systems, controls software, energy storage, distributed generation, and AI‑ready data center infrastructure.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage schedules, mitigate risks, coordinate certifications, and report program KPIs to executives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
• 7+ years of experience leading technical programs, product development, or engineering initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Strong program planning and risk management skills.
• Effective communication with technical teams and executive leadership.
• Experience in Microgrids, Energy storage, Power Electronics, or Datacenter infrastructure preferred.
• Certifications: PMP, Agile or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of complex product and solution development programs across Power Systems, Controls & Software, Power Hardware, and Systems Integration Engineering teams.
• Build and manage integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate product releases, certification activities, manufacturing readiness, and launch plans.
• Drive stage‑gate reviews and executive program updates.
• Ensure alignment between product roadmaps, engineering execution, and business objectives.
• Resolve cross‑functional issues and remove execution barriers.
• Track program KPIs and continuously improve development processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 7+ years of experience supporting and leading technical programs, product development, NPI programs, or engineering initiatives
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional engineering teams
• Strong program planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership
• Prior experience in Microgrids, Energy storage (BESS), Power Electronics, Industrial Controls, Datacenter infrastructure, or Vehicle systems.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, Agile, or similar
