Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the Energy Infrastructure portfolio. You will lead cross-functional programs, drive forecasting, CRM optimization, and business transformation initiatives in a PMO-driven environment.

The role requires 8+ years in PM/PMO, PMP/PRINCE2, and hands-on experience delivering energy infrastructure projects such as BESS, Microgrids, Substations, and Power Distribution Systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience within Project Management, Program Management, or PMO environments.
  • Must have experience supporting energy infrastructure projects such as BESS, Microgrids, Critical Power, UPS, Substations or Power Distribution Systems.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification required.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within commercial operations, sales operations, PMO, or business transformation environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and business reporting tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, process improvement, and organizational leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional commercial operations and business transformation projects from initiation through execution.
  • Drive project planning, timelines, milestones, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Support PMO governance, process standardization, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams to drive execution.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement scalable process improvements.
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support CRM optimization, forecasting processes, pricing workflows, and change management initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.

Compensation: $125,000 - $165,000 per year

Target Bonus: Eligible

Work Authorization: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship.

MUST HAVE DIRECT PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE DELIVERING ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS, SUCH AS BESS, MICROGRIDS, CRITICAL POWER, UPS, SUBSTATIONS OR POWER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS.

Position Overview

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the continued growth of our Energy Infrastructure business. This role will partner closely with Commercial Operations leadership to drive execution across strategic initiatives tied to commercial performance, sales operations, forecasting, CRM optimization, and business transformation efforts.

This individual will operate within a PMO-driven environment, leading cross-functional initiatives that improve scalability, operational visibility, and execution across a rapidly expanding organization.
