Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of program management experience in high-volume manufacturing.

• Build and maintain the program timeline for the 1.1M square foot facility.
• Integrate feedback from Process, Equipment, Industrial, Controls, and Factory Engineering into a single source of truth.
• Track critical path equipment from design through FAT/SAT to commissioning.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop recovery plans with engineering teams.
• Lead weekly leadership program reviews with executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Coordinate dependencies between facility utilities, machine wiring, and process trials.
• Master CPM networks, Gantt charts, and milestone tracking dashboards.
• Maintain program risk registers and milestone-gated PFMEA timelines.
• Provide weekly executive summaries and department OKR tracking.
