Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to translate knowledge strategy into scalable technical execution. You will bridge customer self-service, internal tools, and AI-assisted support, shaping the foundation to scale support efficiently.

In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional programs across Knowledge Systems, engineering, product, and partners, focusing on RAG pipelines, semantic search, and metadata enhancements, with governance for compliance and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management or related leadership in a cross-functional environment.
• Familiarity with information retrieval architectures (e.g., vector databases, RAG, LLM orchestration tools) and CMS platforms.
• Ability to translate operational strategy into technical requirements, data schemas and tooling investments.
• Experience leading ambiguous, multi-team initiatives from concept to launch with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in knowledge management, workflow automation, and internal tooling in CX/operations.
• Ability to drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders with distributed ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own technical programs that improve systems, tooling, and workflows behind customer self-service and AI-assisted discovery.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to translate complex knowledge taxonomies into technical specs, APIs, and execution plans.
• Lead planning and delivery of high-leverage initiatives like workflow automation and CMS improvements.
• Partner with Knowledge Systems leads to ensure knowledge is accurate, structured for machine-readability, and ready for launch.
• Build and run an operating cadence for technical initiatives, including roadmap tracking and risk management.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and scale without heavy headcount growth.
