As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for TPU Software, you will be at the forefront of Google's AI infrastructure. You will drive high-impact software programs and New Product Initiatives (NPI). Your primary mission will be to lead the software programs that enable the development, bring-up, and large-scale deployment of our next-generation platforms. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring a blend of deep technical understanding and program management. You will navigate the complexities of system software, firmware, and production fleet integration to ensure our AI hardware is performant, stable, and ready for global scale.

US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
