Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional, multi-disciplinary programs from inception to production across storage, AI/ML, and infrastructure domains. You’ll plan requirements, assess risks, manage schedules, and communicate with executives and engineers alike to balance trade-offs and deliver impactful results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in ML/GPU Systems, infrastructure systems, and data center hardware.
  • 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Strong understanding of GPU systems and solutions.
  • Ability to develop long-term visions and roadmaps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive system and solution development to deliver next generation Storage systems for Cloud, TI and AI/ML use cases.
  • Lead a cross-functional team, spanning all organizational levels and functional areas to develop and deliver programs from inception to production.
  • Set the vision and direction for a program by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and supervising multiple projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls/governance/standards.
  • Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and build consensus.
  • Engage with engineering directors, product leaders and other TPM groups, to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage OKRs, release on time, bring tooling for efficiencies and help the teams you are engaged with in execution.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $240000 - $333000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
