Job summary

Google Sunnyvale is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to lead end-to-end software programs for next-gen TPU platforms. You will coordinate across AI, GCP, and Core teams to bring up firmware/software, integrate components, and ensure robust performance in production.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in program management, strong NPI experience, and deep understanding of software development lifecycles. This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, communication, and strategic planning.

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) across product lifecycles, specifically supporting software programs through hardware development and deployment.
  • Experience with the software development process and lifecycle.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in software engineering, preferably as a developer or development manager, with strong understanding of software development processes, tools, software test/qualification, release methodologies.
  • Knowledge/experience with NPI development, firmware, driving software quality and process transformation.
  • Excellent program management skills, with the demonstrated ability to successfully drive and land software programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
