Job summary
INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Technical Program Manager for a 12-month hybrid role in the Bay Area, Sunnyvale, and Redmond. You will lead complex consumer device software programs, drive system health initiatives, and own end-to-end execution plans, release readiness, and risk mitigation.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Technical Program Management, experience with consumer wearables, and cross-functional leadership across software, hardware, firmware, and product management.
Qualifications
- Must have 3+ years in Technical Program Management.
- Experience leading consumer device software programs.
- End-to-end product development from inception to production.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex consumer device software programs from inception through production and launch.
- Drive system health initiatives across Wearables product lines within Reality Labs.
- Own execution plans, schedules, dependencies, launch metrics, risks, mitigations, and release readiness.
- Coordinate across Software, Hardware, Firmware, Engineering, and Product Management.
- Lead technical metric reviews, crash triage, stability tracking, and resolution of launch blockers.
- Partner with senior Engineering and TPM leadership on long-term strategy, roadmaps, and device system health.
