Job summary

Google Inc. in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Technical Program Manager II for Regional Carrier Certification within the Pixel program.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with hardware, software, certification, regulatory, and partner teams to drive carrier approvals, feature readiness, and timely launches across Pixel devices. We value a technical background, 2+ years in program management, and experience with carrier certification and consumer electronics.

Qualifications

  • Experience with carrier certification and industry standards.
  • Experience with consumer electronics (e.g., phones, tablets, watches, etc.) development.

Responsibilities

  • Drive NPI and in-market program deliverables and collaborate with a team of program managers/engineers working on pixel carrier certifications, technical feature deployments, and IOTs.
  • Interface with eSIM, RF, hardware, software, certification, regulatory, business, operations, and marketing teams to support carrier certification and gauge launch readiness of Pixel devices.
  • Own sample management including planning, logistics and deployment, and drive packaging and label compliance/approval for all pixel devices.
  • Prioritize tasks/projects and identify and resolve risks using business and technical judgement.
  • Define, drive, and deliver carrier certification milestones.

The team maintains relationships with and builds technical solutions for long-term partners.
