• 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• Desire to learn technical skills within server hardware scope.
• Demonstrate experience in program or project management and agile work processes in a cross-functional and technical team.
• Autonomy with a solid continuous improvement mindset – proactively identifying solutions to complex challenges.
• Action-oriented with strong analytical skills and decision-making in changing priorities.
• Excellent teamwork and engagement in diverse, creative projects.
• Experience with external vendor interactions and server hardware specifications.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams and provide subject matter expertise in planning and execution of multiple projects and programs.
• Foster effective communication and meticulous documentation.
• Report on program status, risks/opportunities, process dependencies and success metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Engage regularly with collaborators to evaluate priorities and propose solutions.
• Maintain relationships with internal engineering teams focusing on server hardware components.
