Job summary

Qualifications

• Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• Desire to learn technical skills within server hardware scope.
• Experience in program or project management and agile work processes in a cross-functional and technical team.
• Autonomy with a continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional alignment of the program lifecycle across engineering and operations.
• Provide subject matter expertise in planning and execution of multiple projects and programs.
• Report on program status, risks/opportunities, dependencies and success metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Engage with collaborators to evaluate priorities and propose solutions.
• Maintain relationships with internal engineering teams focused on server hardware components.
