Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
• Desire to learn technical skills within server hardware scope
• Demonstrate experience in program or project management and agile work processes in a cross-functional and technical team
• Demonstrate autonomy with a solid continuous improvement mindset - proactively identifying solutions to complex challenges
• Be action-oriented with solid analytical skills, capable of problem-solving and decision-making, and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork and be eager to engage in diverse, creative, and innovative projects
• Have experience with external vendor interactions and understanding server hardware specifications
