Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager who completed the Summer 2026 Internship Program and has an invitation to apply for a return role.

You will support the Engineering/Operations teams within the PMO, defining and prioritizing features to align with customer and program needs while managing multiple complex projects. You will work with Product Management, developers, architects, and operations to plan, deliver, and report progress, balancing quality and risk.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed a Summer 2026 internship with F5.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field graduating between December 2026 and September 2027.
• Must be able to start no later than September 30th, 2027.
• Must be able to work onsite in accordance with F5's policies; fully remote work options are not available.
• Experience with PM processes, strategies and methods.
• Experience managing geo-dispersed project teams.
• Experience working in a concurrent software development environment as part of a complex build and merge management process.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the project plan including scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and budget.
• Lead the gathering of product requirements and project scope across multiple teams or functions.
• Negotiate priorities and align delivery plans with organizational objectives.
• Identify and resolve strategic issues that may affect delivery schedules.
• Monitor progress and design recovery strategies for deviations from plans.
• Provide data analytics to support operational improvements and reporting.
• Prepare Executive-level presentations to support PLM governance.
• Lead program-level meetings to communicate status and coordinate efforts.
• Conduct retrospectives to drive process and tool improvements.
• Collaborate across the organization to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
