Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager returning from the Summer 2026 Internship Program. You will lead project plans, gather product requirements, and coordinate across Product Management, developers, and operations to deliver complex programs on schedule.

You will analyze data, communicate status in executive presentations, and drive continuous improvement across the PMO. This is an onsite role based in San Jose, CA, with a fixed base pay range and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the project plan including scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and budget.
• Negotiate priorities and set delivery plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Monitor progress and design recovery strategies when schedules deviate.
• Provide data analytics to support operational, process improvement, and cost reporting.
• Design and deliver executive-level presentations for governance of PLM.
