You will support the Engineering/Operations teams within the PMO, defining and prioritizing features to align with customer and program needs while managing multiple complex projects. If you are a Technical Program Manager who has the fundamental capabilities with respect to planning, organizing, communicating and problem solving then we would like to talk to you. We are looking for someone who also brings unique skills in leadership, analysis, data intelligence, critical thinking, conflict management, and risk management. The focus of the assigned projects is on innovating, developing, and delivering new products in alignment with the F5 Distributed Cloud platform. As a Technical Program Manager, you are a key member of the Project Management Organization (PMO) supporting the Engineering/Operations project teams and will represent the voice of both the developers and stakeholders to execute project planning, delivery, and data reporting. The Technical Program Manager works closely with Product Management, developers, architects, and operations to define and prioritize features and stories, to ensure alignment with customer and program needs, and improve value of development. They should be able to handle multiple simultaneous projects that are complex or high-risk and be able to develop recovery strategies for projects that stray from their plan. They are able to manage the collection of product requirements in a holistic manner and aims to meet project goals with both quality and integrity. Spokane, WA: $114,390 San Jose, CA: $137,268 - $137,268 These are fixed, non-negotiable base salaries for the stated locations. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.

Hybrid: Employees within 30 commutable miles of an F5 office are required to work from the office a minimum of 30 business days per quarter. Remote: Primarily work from designated home location but can come into an F5 office to work or travel to an offsite location as needed.
