You will partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and business stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute technical initiatives under the guidance of senior TPMs. The entry-level TPM I position emphasizes analytical thinking, collaboration, and learning TPM practices, with exposure to Agile delivery, dashboards, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and disciplines.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs and workstreams.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and stakeholders to define scope and delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, risk registers, and dependency trackers.
• Facilitate project meetings, Agile ceremonies, and cross-functional planning activities.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and blockers, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Assist with resource planning, milestone tracking, and delivery reporting.
