Core Responsibilities
System Issue Management:
  • Own and meticulously maintain the backlog of system issues, ensuring accurate categorization and prioritization.
  • Drive resolution of high-impact issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating priorities effectively.
  • Provide essential hands-on support to operations team members, facilitating requests and coordinating with partners.
Enhancement Request Management:
  • Manage the lifecycle of system enhancement requests, from intake and validation of business requirements to tracking and delivery.
  • Partner with the consulting organization to identify new enhancements and lead the business prioritization process.
  • Facilitate seamless hand-offs to system owners, clarifying requirements and resolving any open questions.
  • Oversee testing, validation, and enablement activities for enhancements before their release.
  • Ensure stakeholders are regularly informed on the status and progress of the enhancement backlog.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in managing technical backlogs and driving resolution of system issues.

  • Experience in facilitating the end-to-end lifecycle of feature or enhancement requests.
