Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a contract technical program manager to drive a high-urgency retirement of legacy systems ATLAS and CVO. The role operates inside an established Factory Floor migration model with a hard deadline and cross-org collaboration to protect business continuity for multiple programs.

You will coordinate across policy servicing, GCC/Claims, IT Finance and Actuarial, and ensure proper evidence capture for financial-audit readiness while reporting per TPM Office

Qualifications

7+ years delivering complex technical programs, including legacy migrations.
Ability to manage dependencies across teams you do not directly own.
Experience with governance, RAID logs and stage-gate processes.

Responsibilities

Migration delivery within Factory Floor lifecycle and distinct phases.
Own ATLAS/CVO workstream across four migration phases: Discovery to Hyper-care.
Coordinate cross-domain dependencies across policy servicing, GCC/Claims, IT Finance and Actuarial.
Maintain RAID and provide governance artifacts, status updates, and documentation.
Ensure pre-decommission evidence capture for financial-audit scope systems.
Facilitate handoff to BAU/operations post-migration.
