Job summary

Experis is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Portsmouth, NH to lead legacy system migrations and decommissioning projects within a structured Factory Floor lifecycle model.

You will coordinate dependencies across Policy Servicing, Claims, Finance and Actuarial teams, manage stakeholder agreements, and ensure compliance with financial-audit requirements by capturing evidence before decommissioning. This role offers exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative modernization initiative.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technical programs, including legacy system migrations or application retirements.
• Ability to manage dependencies and drive cross-team collaboration without direct authority.
• Experience with mainframe-adjacent environments and data reconciliation concepts.
• Familiarity with financial-audit/SOX compliance related to system decommissioning.
• Proficient use of governance tools (RAID logs, decision logs, stage gates).
