We are a high-growth, early-stage startup backed by a leading VC firm. We empower companies to go beyond LinkedIn recruiting hard-to-find and diverse talent. Our 300+ customers include Amazon, Microsoft, Twitter, and VMware.

We are looking for a talented Technical Program Manager (or Project Manager) to join our Engineering team. In this role you will have a wide variety of responsibilities focused on driving our product forward and extensive opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities

• Design systems to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Project manage internal processes such as security and compliance.
• Define and manage the delivery of new end‑user features.
• Work with Sales and Customer Success to help customers get the most out of SeekOut.
• Develop training content.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing software projects from idea to completion.
• A sense of empathy for customers and users.
• Strong design thinking.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Experience working at a startup preferred; willingness to apply a startup mentality in a larger organization also acceptable.
• Great attitude; friendly, low‑ego team player.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant technical experience.
• Bonus points for experience with search, AI, ML, NLP, UX design, HR tech, recruiting, or having been a hiring manager.
