Job summary

Nscale is hiring Technical Program Managers to drive network delivery for our GPU cloud build-out across the United States. You will own end-to-end network planning, validation, and handover to customers, collaborating with Network Engineering, Data Center Operations, and Supply Chain.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in TPM or network roles, familiarity with data center networking, BGP/EVPN/VXLAN, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management or network engineering
• Experience in hyperscaler or major network vendor environments
• Strong knowledge of data center networking and routing
• Proven ability to run complex multi-stakeholder builds
• Excellent planning, risk management, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to US sites

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end network delivery for GPU cluster builds and expansions
• Turn reference designs and BOMs into build plans with milestones
• Track dependencies across switches, optics, cabling, WAN circuits, and site readiness
• Coordinate Network Engineering, Data Center Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, SRE, and on-site contractors
• Manage network hardware vendors, integrators, and carriers through ordering and delivery
• Build processes, dashboards, and reporting for scalable delivery
• Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and customers
