Job summary

GiveDirectly is seeking a Technical Program Associate to lead technology across cash delivery programs, from recipient data collection to payments and monitoring. You will manage launches with operations, define requirements, and drive data-driven improvements in a fast-growing, global NGO environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in program management, product management, data analytics, or international development.
• Ability to extract, clean, manipulate, and analyze data to influence operational decisions.
• Strong project management with managing timelines and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical delivery for program launches, including scoping, requirements, configuration, QA, testing, and closeout.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Research, Engineering, and Data teams to align systems with program objectives.
• Debug and resolve issues across the tech stack and data platforms used in recipient data collection and payments.
