Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager in Charlotte, NC for a contract role focused on driving end-to-end E‑commerce and MarTech initiatives. You will orchestrate monthly release cycles, vendor integrations, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and marketing leaders.

The ideal candidate brings 10–15+ years of PM experience in large-scale technical environments, hands-on delivery, and deep Jira/Smartsheet expertise to report progress and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive project/program management experience in large-scale, fast-paced technical environments (retail or e-commerce preferred).
• Hands-on technical delivery experience with developers, engineering managers, and IT leaders; fluent in software development workflows and architecture terms.
• Expert-level knowledge of Jira for sprint tracking and Smartsheet for RAID logs, critical path modeling, and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end technical execution of E‑commerce and MarTech initiatives, including monthly release cycles and tool integrations.
• Interface daily with IT delivery leads, engineering managers, developers, UI/UX, product owners, and marketing leaders.
• Lead planning, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional sprint alignment; manage vendor tools and integrations.

Location: Charlotte, North CarolinaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $50 - 70 per hourA leading omnichannel department store retailer operating nearly 300 locations across the Southeast alongside a major e-commerce flagship is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager. Reporting directly to the VP of IT, this individual will lead high-impact technical initiatives across E-Commerce (Ecom) and Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms.This role requires a hands-on, highly experienced technical program leader who can build strong relationships with cross-functional partners-ranging from software developers and engineering leads up to executive leadership (including the SVP Chief Digital Officer).
