Job summary

Project Management Institute seeks an experienced leader to own end-to-end delivery across its Sitecore experience platform program and marketing AI enablement portfolio. You will translate strategy into actionable releases, coordinating with engineering, data, and marketing teams to deliver production-ready capabilities.

The role requires 10+ years in technical program management, with CMS, AI, and cross-functional transformation experience, and a track record of delivering enterprise platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, delivery leadership, or complex cross-functional transformation programs in enterprise environments.
• Accountability for delivery outcomes, business impact, and stakeholder alignment rather than project administration or status reporting.
• Experience partnering directly with software engineering, architecture, platform, and data teams.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise CMS, digital experience, or customer engagement platforms, preferably Sitecore.
• Experience delivering AI, automation, analytics, or machine learning capabilities into production with measurable business outcomes.
• Practical experience with generative AI and LLM-based solutions, AI workflows, prompt design, and integration approaches.
• Experience with customer data, activation, or marketing technology ecosystems influencing business metrics.
• Capability to establish and operationalize new capabilities or platforms in ambiguous environments.
• Experience managing systems integrators and vendors to delivery outcomes and quality standards.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across PMI’s Sitecore experience platform program and its marketing AI enablement portfolio.
• Translate product direction into clear requirements, integrated release plans, and production capability for marketing teams.
• Governance, financial oversight, and reporting across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with marketing tech, platform activation, engineering, data teams, and external delivery partners to ensure executable plans.
• Define scope, map dependencies, manage decision gates, and move workstreams from requirements through production.

How You’ll Make a Difference

You will own end-to-end delivery across PMI’s Sitecore experience platform program and its marketing AI enablement portfolio. Converting platform strategy and business priorities into sequenced, accountable execution: defining scope, mapping dependencies, managing decision gates, and moving concurrent workstreams reliably from requirements through production.

Working with MarTech product owners, platform activation owners, engineering and architecture teams, data and analytics teams, and external delivery partners, this individual contributor translates product direction into clear requirements, integrated release plans, and production capability that marketing teams can operate with confidence. The role carries accountability for governance, financial oversight, and reporting across the portfolio.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, delivery leadership, or complex cross-functional transformation programs in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated accountability for delivery outcomes, business impact, and stakeholder alignment rather than project administration or status reporting.
• Experience partnering directly with software engineering, architecture, platform, and data teams.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise CMS, digital experience, or customer engagement platforms, preferably Sitecore. Strong preference for experience leading migration, modernization, or re-platform initiatives.
• Experience delivering AI, automation, analytics, or machine learning capabilities into production with measurable business outcomes.
• Practical experience with generative AI and LLM-based solutions, AI workflows, prompt design, and integration approaches.
• Experience with customer data, activation, or marketing technology ecosystems supporting acquisition, engagement, retention, or lifecycle activation, with fluency in the business and platform metrics affected.
• Proven ability to establish and operationalize new capabilities, processes, or platforms in ambiguous environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing systems integrators and vendors to delivery outcomes and quality standards.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.
