• The Technical Program Manager should lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs across multiple teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• The individual should possess strong stakeholder management skills, working closely with business leaders, product owners, architects, development teams to drive decision-making, manage expectations, and resolve dependencies.
• The role should oversee end-to-end program governance, including risk management, and executive reporting.
• As the Scrum of Scrums Lead, the individual should coordinate multiple Scrum teams, facilitate cross-team collaboration, manage inter-team dependencies, remove impediments, and ensure consistent execution across the program.
• The candidate should drive delivery excellence, monitor program metrics, and proactively address risks and issues impacting timelines or quality.
• Strong people management capabilities are required to mentor teams, foster accountability, support career development, and build a high-performance culture.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise application delivery, and stakeholder communication at leadership levels is essential.

Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year
