Job summary

You will coordinate multiple Scrum teams, facilitate ceremonies, and partner with Tech and Product to refine features and deliverables.

You will publish weekly program status reports for VPs and articulate product requirements to the Engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project/program management.

Responsibilities

• Run large program in Scaled Agile framework.
• Manage more than one Scrum team and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborate with Tech and Product teams to refine features.
• Publish weekly program status reports to VPs.
