Job summary

ZipStaff is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead technology and data-migration programs at a major financial services organization in housing-finance / capital-markets space. This 50/50 generalist and technical PMO role emphasizes stakeholder management, executive reporting, and hands-on data and system migrations.

You will work on-site in McLean, VA, coordinating multiple programs through milestones, managing risks, and delivering data-driven improvements with Jira and related tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT/technology program management experience.
• 50/50 mix of generalist PM and technical PM skills.
• Hands-on data/system migrations, cloud migration a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Risk identification, reporting and mitigation.
• Knowledge of Jira or similar PM tools.
• Financial-services background and on-site McLean, VA work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple programs through milestones and delivery.
• Split time across generalist and technical migration work.
• Support data and system migrations and cloud moves.
• Identify, report, and mitigate risks with follow-through.
• Liaise with business and technical stakeholders and execs.
• Prepare management reports and executive presentations.
• Analyze and visualize data to support capital-markets decisions.
• Document requirements, changes, and outcomes.
