Strategic Staffing Solutions in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise data platform modernization and migration initiative. This role will drive the retirement of the Hadoop ecosystem, coordinating migrations of applications, data assets, workloads, and platform services to strategic target-state platforms, including cloud environments.

Qualifications

10+ years of project, program, or portfolio management experience within large-scale enterprise technology environments.
Strong Technical Program Manager background.
Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise migration programs.
Experience managing infrastructure transformation, data platform modernization, cloud migration, application migration, or data center exit initiatives.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
