BizLink Technology in Fremont, CA seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end project execution, cross-functional collaboration, and customer account administration. You will manage timelines, align across departments, and ensure accurate ERP/MES data using SAP and related systems.

Required is a BS in Engineering or related field with 5+ years in PM or operations, ideally in aerospace or OEM environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or operation-related roles.
• Experience in aerospace program management is strongly preferred; OEM exposure a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage project timelines, ensure on-time delivery and resource availability.
• Define, review, and manage project scopes and contracts while overseeing daily operations.
• Calculate required resources and provide initial task estimates with cross-functional input.
• Lead day-to-day project operations including meeting planning, minutes, and tracking actions.
• Coordinate with Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Production Supervisors to resolve issues.
