Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of technical program or product management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams focused on user safety or child safety.
• Ability to operate autonomously across a broad problem space.
• Experience collaborating with legal, policy, and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with child safety reporting systems or regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated AI skill development and ability to integrate AI tools into workflows.
