Job summary

Meta's Risk organization seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale risk initiatives across Meta's products and infrastructure. You will collaborate with engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance teams to design, build, and scale frameworks, controls, and tooling that keep systems trustworthy at scale.

Qualifications

• BS in EE, CS, ME, or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in software, hardware, systems engineering, or technical product/program management.
• Experience delivering complex technology programs from inception to delivery.
• Knowledge of large-scale hardware readiness processes and end-to-end product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of risk programs, including technical analysis, design, development, testing, and post-launch support.
• Define program requirements with engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance stakeholders and shape roadmaps.
• Establish and track metrics, quality benchmarks, and performance indicators to drive accountability.
• Communicate program status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive cross-functional dependencies, mitigate risks, and adjust scope and resources as needed.
