Job summary

Meta's Risk organization seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale risk programs across engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance. You will design, build, and scale frameworks, controls, and tooling that keep Meta's products and infrastructure trustworthy at scale.

You will drive end-to-end risk programs from identifying emerging risks through framework development, measurement, and continuous improvement, partnering with senior leaders to reduce risk and strengthen trust

Qualifications

• BS in EE, CS, ME, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in software/hardware engineering or technical program management.
• Experience with end-to-end product development processes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical investments simply.
• Experience delivering complex technology programs from inception to delivery.
• Experience gathering requirements and defining scope.
• Experience leading across multiple teams and ambiguous spaces.
• Experience scaling engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance.
• Define program roadmaps and long-term strategy for partner teams.
• Maintain risk-based frameworks and evidence of effectiveness.
• Manage scope, timeline, and resources; mitigate risks.
• Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle: design, develop, test, deploy, operate.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to drive accountability.
• Communicate status and risks to stakeholders.
