Job summary

Meta is seeking a Product Risk Program Manager within Product Enablement to shepherd risk reviews from concept through launch. You will partner with product and engineering teams to guide risk reviews, collaborate with legal, policy, and tooling partners, and drive process improvements that deliver a high-quality risk review experience.

You will influence across functions, identify blockers, and ensure thorough documentation and timely resolution while helping to scale risk management practices

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management or related fields.
• Proven track record of coordinating with product, legal, policy, engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and alignment skills across audiences (stakeholders, teams, executives).
• Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage early product development to optimize risk review processes.
• Identify blockers, escalate issues, and remediate pain points.
• Drive execution through clear communication, action tracking, and decision forums.
• Establish end-to-end risk review expertise across product and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as trusted advisor to product, engineering, and cross-functional groups.
• Ensure project and risk details are documented, tracked, and resolved transparently.
• Coordinate with Product, Legal, Policy, and Engineering to align priorities and drive process improvements.
• Provide guidance for risk assessments and research compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with SA/AA Product Risk Program Managers to capture product context in risk systems.
