Job summary

Amprius Inc is looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee product lifecycle execution within the Product team. This position entails managing programs across various stages, from initial R&D through production transfer, ensuring successful project delivery through close collaboration with departments such as R&D, Engineering, and Operations.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of program management experience, preferably in a manufacturing context. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a hardware or manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing NPI or product qualification programs from development through production.
• Prior experience working directly with contract manufacturers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Track products across the full lifecycle from R&D concept to production transfer.
• Create and maintain Product Requirements Documents and Statements of Work.
• Prepare and deliver regular program status updates and reports.

Skills

Program or project management experience

Experience with lithium-ion cell testing

Fluency in Korean

Proficiency in project management tools
