Job summary
Amprius is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the Product team in Colorado. This role oversees the product lifecycle from R&D to production. Responsibilities include managing program schedules and milestones, and maintaining alignment with suppliers.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in project management tools. A background in the lithium-ion cell industry and Korean fluency is preferred.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in hardware or manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing NPI or product qualification programs from development through production.
- Prior experience working directly with contract manufacturers and suppliers.

- Own program schedules and milestone tracking.
- Prepare and deliver regular program status updates.
