Job summary
Storm4 seeks a technically fluent Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end NPI programs in advanced battery product development. You will coordinate engineering, R&D, operations, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to move programs from development through to production transfer.
The role requires 3+ years in technical program management in the battery sector, strong stakeholder management, and a background in batteries and energy storage.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of battery cell manufacturing.
- 3+ years of technical program management in the battery industry.
- Understanding of lithium-ion cell testing and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related technical field.
Responsibilities
- Own program schedules, milestone tracking and risk management across multiple NPI programs.
- Translate customer requirements into internal performance targets and critical-to-quality parameters.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, operations, and external manufacturing partners.
- Lead technical program reviews and ensure action item closure across stakeholders.
- Background in batteries and energy storage.
- PMP or Six Sigma certification.
- Korean language skills (beneficial for supplier coordination).
