Job summary

Storm4 seeks a technically fluent Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end NPI programs in advanced battery product development. You will coordinate engineering, R&D, operations, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to move programs from development through to production transfer.

The role requires 3+ years in technical program management in the battery sector, strong stakeholder management, and a background in batteries and energy storage.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of battery cell manufacturing.
  • 3+ years of technical program management in the battery industry.
  • Understanding of lithium-ion cell testing and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience working with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

  • Own program schedules, milestone tracking and risk management across multiple NPI programs.
  • Translate customer requirements into internal performance targets and critical-to-quality parameters.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, operations, and external manufacturing partners.
  • Lead technical program reviews and ensure action item closure across stakeholders.
  • Background in batteries and energy storage.
  • PMP or Six Sigma certification.
  • Korean language skills (beneficial for supplier coordination).
