Aquent LLC is partnering with a leading technology innovator to drive operational excellence in AI model releases. The role focuses on end-to-end migrations, rapid triage of issues, and maintaining release health across critical product teams.

You will monitor SLAs, route questions to experts, and provide daily leadership-ready insights. This onsite NY-based position emphasizes strong collaboration and precise execution in a high-performance tech environment.

Qualificações

• Must have up to 6 years of hands-on experience in technical operations roles.
• Experience in tech industry operations, release engineering, developer productivity, or infrastructure operations.
• Good understanding of software development concepts and ML/AI lifecycle basics.
• Ability to interpret code submission descriptions or logs for ticket categorization.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end model migrations for AI model releases across product teams.
• Triage, route, track, and rapidly resolve a high volume of technical issues during peaks.
• Monitor release dashboards, SLAs, and extension requests; escalate blockers.
• Route technical questions to domain experts via communication channels.
• Deliver daily status summaries, tracking updates, and actionable insights to leadership.
