Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a Technical Product Manager to oversee and actively contribute to AI work, driving models, algorithms, and infrastructure with hands-on support to engineering teams. You will guide AI/ML projects end-to-end, oversee data pipelines, model training, and MLOps, and serve as the central liaison among engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.

You will establish KPIs to measure model effectiveness, enforce fairness and ethics, and set up monitoring systems

Qualifications

• AI use cases experience or courses/certificates.
• CS background with a Master’s degree.
• Be responsive, accountable, proactive and a quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Guide AI and ML projects from concept to deployment across multiple teams.
• Oversee technical aspects of AI systems including data pipelines, model training, and MLOps practices.
• Translate complex technical findings into actionable insights for engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Establish and track KPIs for model performance and ensure fairness and ethical development, with monitoring post-deployment.
