Job summary

gehc is seeking an Advanced Technical Leader/Technical Program Manager to drive modernization, AI enablement, and governance in a regulated medical device software environment. You will shape the long‑term tech roadmap, oversee tooling, and align with Quality/Regulatory to maintain process rigor while enabling rapid delivery.

You will partner with architects and software leads to ensure scalable programs, manage dependencies, and provide governance across four regions with a focus on safety,

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical program management or hybrid technical/execution role in software
• Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, automotive, aerospace) preferred
• Knowledge of software lifecycle requirements (IEC 62304, design controls, V&V)
• Experience standardizing release/merge processes across teams or regions
• Strong technical fluency in C++ and MS Windows
• Experience with GenAI developer tools and AI enablement

Responsibilities

• Partner with architects to translate technology direction into a structured, resourced program with milestones and owners
• Own the long-term technical roadmap independent of feature/release cycles
• Maintain visibility into tech debt and track burn-down over time
• Own tooling strategy (ALM, CI/CD, code review, defect tracking) across regions
• Define and maintain release governance, with sign-off requirements and cadence
• Lead GenAI enablement programs and track ROI and adoption across regions
• Coordinate with Quality/Regulatory to ensure process rigor and compliance
