- Experience standardizing release/merge processes across multiple teams or regions.
- Strong technical fluency in C++ and MS Windows to discuss architecture with leads.
- Experience with GenAI developer tools and regulated AI considerations.
Responsibilities
- Translate tech direction into structured programs with milestones.
- Own tooling strategy (ALM, CI/CD, code reviews, defect tracking).
- Define release governance and verification readiness across regions.
- Lead GenAI enablement roadmap and measure adoption and ROI.
- Collaborate with Quality/Regulatory to ensure lifecycle requirements.
