AMAX in the United States is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead Digital Operations, a strategic program integrating AI agent tech with MES and ERP, delivering actionable insights for management and operations. You will bridge business units with offshore development, capture requirements, translate into specs, and validate solutions to ensure deployment success and user adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Technical Program Manager or in industrial manufacturing operations.
• Bilingual: Mandarin and English.
• Hands-on exposure to MES/ERP, shop-floor workflows, and data flows.
• Knowledge of AI agents/LLMs, SQL, and API-based integrations.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business requirements to offshore dev teams with clear specs.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Digital Operations features from ideation to rollout.
• Coordinate across business units and offshore engineers on scope and timeline.
• Review deliverables and provide acceptance decisions based on business fit and technical soundness.
• Design training, create SOPs and runbooks to support rollout.
• Identify risks and dependencies and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Ensure user adoption and successful deployment.
