Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to join our customer-facing team, working directly with enterprise customers and collaborating with AML, FDE, Platform, Product, and Go-to-Market groups. You’ll be the technical voice for customers and help shape high-impact AI projects.

You will clearly communicate, break down complex problems, plan schedules, manage risks, and drive on-time delivery while coordinating with teams across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Engineering or Technical Program Manager, with at least 2 years in customer-facing delivery for enterprise AI software/solutions.
• Experience with LLM training or optimization is a differentiator.
• Strong ability to capture notes, action items, and follow up across technical meetings.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and timely across the organization and with strategic customers.
• Optimize engineering alignment with product, business, and marketing while fostering collaboration.
• Plan and manage program/project schedules, dependencies, risks, and cross-team alignment.
• Execute to ensure on-time delivery and progress checks.
• Proactively solve problems and coordinate cross-functional dependencies to protect schedule and quality.
