Job summary

AMAX is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to analyze existing systems and processes, gather requirements, and document future-state workflows to drive optimization and automation across manufacturing and operations.

You will collaborate with onsite and overseas development teams, design scalable solutions, and create user guides and training materials. A Bachelor's in a related field and experience with ERP/MES/CRM/PLM and SDLC are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise business systems such as ERP, MES, CRM, and PLM platforms.
• Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and system implementation practices.
• Experience gathering and analyzing user feedback, business requirements, and operational data.
• Experience documenting user stories, workflows, and process flow diagrams.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including functional, performance, security, and usability testing.
• Experience in manufacturing or operations environments is preferred.
• Strong analysis and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing systems, business processes, and workflows to identify improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements including future-state processes.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Provide ongoing system support by troubleshooting issues and communicating resolutions.
• Manage projects related to system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Support internal systems, reporting, dashboards, and automation initiatives.
